NONTRANSFER OF GRANT
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
Any and all rights granted to franchisee are a complete possession of the franchisee. At no point in time does the franchisee have the option or ability to forward or grant those rights to any entity what so ever, unless the franchiser has knowledge and has agreed to such a transfer in writing.
